This is a cool site that my co-worker found. He is going to use pumpkin carving as a date oppportunity–which is cool!
Don’t forget when you carve the pumpkin to scoop out the seed and roast ‘em!
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp vegtable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds
Wash off all of the seeds. Mix together the salt, oil and seeds. Place a single layer of seeds on a cookie sheet and roast for 45 minutes at 250 *F.
Mmmm..mmm… GOOD.

We put up our demo of Perfect Weather on myspace–I can’t speak definativly, but I would venture to guess that it is our favorite song right now (to play and listen to).
Check it out. When you visit, it should start up.

Tonight we carved a pumpkin as a family. It was really fun to watch Timothy’s eyes as he reached into the pumpkin and felt the ooze and then tried to get it off.
He was pretty knife happy, too. We kept him away from it, but I must have raised my voice to him about that very issue at least 3 times.
It turned out pretty cute. Pictures.

“… that you have forsaken your first love.”
Revelation 2:4
I read that in my quiet time this morning. Even though the church at Ephasus had done all of these things for Christ, they still lost what their priority was. Goes along with I Corinthians 13.
That kinda knocked me dead this morning. He calls them to repent of “Not Putting Their First Love First.”
What priority does your first love have?
