Memorial Day

Ahh, the grillout.

All weekend I spent working on various house-oriented things, and then today, I got to reap the benefits of a clean, air-conditioned house:

The Grillout!

I got beef ribs that I put a cool rub in (Paprika + Salt + Pepper + Minced Garlic) and then dipped in a bar-b-que mixture (really cheap sauce + really cheap red wine = REALLY GOOD sauce). I also tried my hand at brisket, but failed yet again to get a nice tender piece of meat. I think I’ll just never be able to do it on the grill. I’ll try the oven next time.
